I am dedicated to helping others grow by looking within to find–and make connections to–what matters most to them.  I have a passion for providing comprehensive life coaching support to people who are just starting out in their careers and are feeling stuck or unsure about their career direction.

Prior to full-time coaching, I spent three decades as an IT leader at numerous Silicon Valley companies, both large and small, building high-performance teams and developing talented individuals. I am a proud graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (B.S. EE/CS).
